02. Confirmation
Our team verifies stock and sets your items aside. You'll receive a confirmation message with a pickup window.
03. Collection
Visit our Colombo studio within 48 hours. Try on your selection, ensure the perfect fit, and pay at the counter.
Exchange Policy
Fit matters. If it's not perfect, we'll make it right. Exchanges are accepted under these strict standards:
- Exchanges processed physically at studio only
- Valid within 7 days of original purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags intact
- Zero cash refund policy (Credit or Exchange)

Can I hold items for longer than 48 hours?
Standard holds are 48 hours. If you need more time, please communicate via WhatsApp, though availability cannot be guaranteed.

Can I try on items I didn't reserve?
Absolutely. While you're at the studio, you're free to browse and try on any available items from our archive.
